The authority visitor inserts the visitor card into the automatic card receiving machine to receive the card and read the card out of the building. When the excess card or the timed guest card enters the card receiving device, the channel gate is yellow and an alarm sound is sent to inform the staff to deal with the situation. At the same time as visitors enter and exit the entrance gate of the building, the camera above the barrier gate also photographs the visitors and records information to save the database.
Of course, the self-driving visitor enters the building and the parking card is issued by the garage automatic card feeder at the entrance of the garage parking lot. Visitors only need to give the parking card to the reception staff to open the corresponding authority, without issuing the card twice, and the visitor who drives the visitor himself. The card can be taken back by the parking system. The automatic issuing of cards to the visitors and the automatic closing of the access gates greatly improve the management efficiency and increase the overall safety of the building.
