Insert the iron plate into the three holes on the door and insert the mushroom head from the other side of the door. Use a hex wrench to lock the iron plate to the door.

B. Fix the side plate and fix the side plate with the two semi-circular head screws on the previously punched door frame (fixed in the long hole of the side plate). Note: Do not lock the side panel so that it can be moved back and forth to facilitate the correction of the position.

D After fixing the lock body and the semi-circular head screws of the side panel locking side plate, lock all the countersunk screws, then remove the semi-circular head screws and drill holes in the appropriate positions for wiring. Finally, lock the lock body to the side panel with a hex wrench.

Step 4: Wire according to the instructions in the manual.

When installing the iron plate, do not lock it so that it can swing slightly to facilitate the natural integration with the lock body.

The surface mounting method of the inner door requires an auxiliary fitting to assist in the installation when the surface is opened for surface installation. We use the decorative high quality imported aluminum to make the mounting accessory: Z&L bracket. Each set of Z&L brackets contains three aluminum fittings, of which the longer one L1 is used for the lock main body; the other two shorter Z2 and Z3 are used for the iron plate. Z2 is mounted on the door, with five counterbore on the side for fixing on the door; Z3 is for fixing the iron plate, there are three holes on the side, and the center hole should be the center hole of the iron plate Align. b Lock the lock body to the L1 bracket with a hex wrench.

c Fix the Z2 bracket to the door corresponding to the position of the L1 bracket.

d Insert the iron plate into the three holes of Z1 and fix it. Then the door is closed, so that the magnet and the iron plate are closely matched to determine the joint position of Z1 and Z2. (The relative position of Z1 and Z2 can be adjusted according to the thickness of the door).

e Lock the Z1 and Z2, and then fasten the iron plate to the Z1 with the M8*25 socket head cap screws (thread, iron plate, washer, rubber washer are inserted in order).
